3. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded once the client makes a booking and it is confirmed by us.
4. Prices and Payment
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by LinguVibe – Dein Deutschtrainer in the field of online language training.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduled appointments are binding. Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged as completed sessions.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable. After booking a course or lesson, there is no entitlement to a refund. However, sessions may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Participation and Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring the necessary technical requirements for online lessons (internet connection, device, software).
8. Liability
We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control. No guarantee is given regarding learning outcomes. The student is responsible for their own learning progress and success.
9. Data Protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All provided materials are protected by copyright and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12. Applicable Law
The law of the provider’s country of residence shall apply.
13. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
